Masonry Preservation, Repair, and Repointing
Preservation
The first 2-3 feet of brick on a home, as well as any horizontal masonry surface, is susceptible to mold and mildew which can damage masonry. To preserve the masonry, we would wash the walls with a special cleaner and apply a sealant that preserves the life of the masonry.

Repair and Repointing
We can repair any type of stone and brick masonry construction. Fatigued brick joints need to be repaired to minimize damage to the structure and prevent more costly repairs or replacement. Horizontal surfaces like windowsills, steps, and walkways are especially susceptible to damage. We repair damaged masonry by grinding out the old joints and replacing it with new mortar.
